Shadowing of Executive Committees

how does an Executive Committee become more satisfied with the decisions it has made – and the subsequent implementation? And how can an Executive Coach be helpful?

Classic survey feedback processes for team development are time-consuming and not suitable when a team is under time pressure. So, what instead? What can have an – immediate – impact?

Shadowing, the observation of the meeting followed by well-dosed feedback, can be the means of choice here.
