OPEN FORMAT AND MULTICHANNEL COMMUNICATION

This coaching format has been developed for executives from Middle to Senior Management (CXO) levels who seek to closely integrate coaching with their daily routines.

Open format

  • You will not be bound to rigid appointment scheduling far in advance.
  • You will have the choice of working with your coach once, on multiple occasions or, in special phases, regularly.
  • The coaching format is designed to fit you, your concerns and your situation.

Flexible

  • The combination of face-to-face and online coaching using technologies such as ZOOM®, Skype®, via an app, chat, by e-mail or simply by phone allows you to contact your coach with no constraints of time or geographic location.

Professional

  • We coach by asking the right questions and providing hands-on advice.
  • Initial contact with us, no matter what channel you choose to use, is free.
  • Subsequently, the coach and coachee will decide whether or not they will work together.

Fair and secure

  • Online coaching is subject to billing in 30-minute cycles.
  • Data security/privacy protection is fully guaranteed (GDPR)
  • 100% confidentiality is guaranteed

Coaching formats oriented to personal development and skill enhancement set up for the medium term continue to be useful. Terms of 3 – 6 months with 3 – 5 sessions of 2 – 3 hours each are customary for these formats. Supplementary online conferences between the units increase relevance to routine business and secure lasting effects.

You’re a pro in your professional role and you’re human. I’m interested in both. For me, the facts of a situation and the emotionality of your response to it are equally important.

In coaching, I’ll carefully listen, persistently ask questions and confront you with unusual, unexpected perspectives. If necessary, I will also – in spite of all empathy – clearly challenge you.

Drawing on twenty years of industry experience, I understand the questions, issues and expectations of executives, CEOs, owners, program or project managers.

My clients include DAX- and M-DAX-listed corporations, SMEs and family-run businesses with global activities. I have in-depth expertise in the pharmaceutical, automotive, mechanical engineering, chemical, energy supply and IT sectors.
